Key Responsibilities:

-Should be able to handle inbound / Outbound calls

-Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance

-Follow-up and update customer status and information

Skills And Experience Required:

-Advanced English level

-Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills

-Time availability (shifts available in the morning, afternoon and evening), being able to include weekend shifts.

-Customer-oriented and should have good customer handling skills
