Key Responsibilities:

-Should be able to handle inbound / Outbound calls

-Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance

-Follow-up and update customer status and information

Skills And Experience Required:

-Intermediate / advanced English and German or French level

-Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills

-Time availability, including weekend shifts

-Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

-Customer-oriented and should have good customer handling skills
