The main responsibility of the role is to undertake the efficient maintenance of the building and site, including certain technical and administrative duties to ensure their most effective use. To ensure that the whole building environment and services are maintained to a high and acceptable standard. 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role for a period of 5 years +
  • Technical Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience in OHS practices and procedures
  • MS Office Package advanced knowledge
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Strong teamwork and Problem Solving skills
  • High level of organizational, communication and time management skills
  • Flexibility in approach to tasks allocated
  • Co-operative approach to our associates
  • Focused on internal client satisfaction
  • Ability to innovate and propose improvements
